When I first wrote life revived: The Business of Living Life, it came straight from my heart. I didn’t have a plan or a strategy in mind. I simply wanted to share my story, real, raw, and unpolished. I wanted to write about what I felt, what I learned, and where it led me. By sharing my truth, I hoped someone else might feel less alone, be inspired to look at their own life differently, or find hope in the middle of their own challenges. It was never about being perfect. It was always about being authentic, honest, and human.
The Heart of life revived: My Authentic Story
Then life happened. People, pets, and experiences flowed in and out of my world. I found love and inspiration, walked through disappointment and loss, and learned countless lessons along the way.
I was called to create businesses close to my heart. I was forced to release relationships with people who were never truly “for me.” I had to let go of beliefs and systems that did not align with who I really am. Each experience had its purpose. Each lesson arrived in its own timing. Each one was part of the path of coming home to myself.
Burnout, Misalignment, and the Cost of Playing by the Rules
Somewhere along the way, I slipped into living reactively instead of creatively. I was busy responding to what was happening around me instead of making choices from a place of alignment. Eventually, I burned out. I was stretched too thin, pulled in too many directions, and left exhausted.
That is where life revived found me again. It reminded me of what burnout recovery, joy, and alignment truly feel like. It called me back to where it all began: a space where all the parts of me could belong.
Coming Home to Myself: Choosing Joy and Alignment
When I returned to that space, alignment returned too. I found peace as I settled back in. I rediscovered joy in showing up, and abundance began flowing naturally. Not the kind of abundance that comes from hustling, chasing, or proving yourself. The kind that comes when you slow down, notice where your joy is, and have the courage to follow it.
I have never cared about rules, algorithms, or doing what I was “supposed” to do. Yet for a time, I fell back into that trap, playing by rules that never fit me. That misalignment took my peace and blocked my success until I finally learned to trust that my true path comes from living unapologetically, owning who I am, and building from that truth.
Abundance and Peace Without the Hustle
That is the heart of life revived. It is not polished branding or surface-level inspiration. It is the behind-the-scenes of family, business, and life. It is stories, reflections, and tools pulled from my lived experience. It is my unapologetic stand for authentic living and alignment.
An Invitation to Your Own Journey
If any part of my story feels familiar, if you have ever felt pulled in too many directions, lost in burnout, or searching for a way back to joy, I would love to stay connected. This space is where I share these stories, the lessons I am still learning, and the practices that help me live from a place of peace.
May you find your own way home, back to joy, alignment, and the bare truths of who you are.
